Son of Charles Thomas and Emily Margaret Lewis; husband of Ethel Annie Victoria Lewis (nee Pearce), of The Croft, 55, Warren Rd, Chingford, Essex.

Born at Tottenham, London.

On 7th September 1917, Minnehaha sank within four minutes after being torpedoed by German U-boat U-48, with 43 fatalities

Percival`s brother Sydney also fell and is remembered on this site
